"Outstanding Customer Support"
With everything going on with covid, I've been stuck shopping online. I ordered a wet bar for my Dad's birthday, and I know I drove him nuts checking in every day. I was super anxious about it since it was a crystal piece, and I feared it might get broken. Unfortunately, it arrived completely shattered. The postal service is to blame since it was packed and labeled with care. I reached out to them via phone and email, and they told me right away that a replacement is on its way—no hassle, no extra steps, just pure excellence. I’m definitely going to keep shopping with them; they’ve got some really cool items!

“My whole experience with them was great they packed everything securely and labeled everything as fragile and it was sent where it was supposed to be handled carefully but I got it damaged and they with no problem at all replaced it and it was just how I wish more places handled their business”
